Have you tried Blair's Sudden Death Hot Sauce?  It is a one of a kind flavor experience if you really love super spicy sauces. It is not recommended if you allergic, since it contain two of the hottest peppers: habaneros and cayenne peppers; this also ads an intense and lasting flavor.

The ingredients named on the label are:

Ingredients: Habanero Peppers, Cayenne Peppers, Vinegar, Salt, Honey, Natural Flavor, Corn Starch, Garlic, Lime Juice Concentrate, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), Ginseng, Spices.)

 (from http://blairshotsauce.com/)

Habanero peppers are known for its fruity-like flavor and its floral aroma, they contain a high concentration of vitamins, minerals, dietary fiber and vitamin C. some people recommend to eat habanero peppers if you suffer from sinus infection. On the other side, Cayenne peppers are a popular spice in a variety of cuisines. It is used in its fresh form, dried and powdered, and as dried flakes in Asian cuisine. It is also a key ingredient in a variety of hot sauces, particularly those with vinegar as a preservative. It is even spread on sandwiches to add a spicy flavor.

This two key ingredients give Blair´s Sudden Death Hot Sauce that unique, fruity and delicate flavor that will spicy up any meal.

This was an inspiration to create my own sauce with this two ingredients. Let me show you how I made my Homemade Habanero and Cayenne pepper:

Ingredients:

1/2 lb cayenne peppers

4-5 habanero peppers for spice and flavor

White Vinegar 1-2 cups.

3-4 tsp salt

½ tsp Honey

Garlic

3 tsp Lime Juice

Procedure:

Wash and cut off the stems of peppers.  Then add the peppers to the blender with salt, honey, garlic, lime juice and white vinegar to cover them.  This amount varies so it isn’t an exact measurement.

Blend for 2-3 minutes until it is smooth and bright red in color.

Pour the mixture into a saucepan and bring to a boil.  Once at a boil, reduce and let simmer for 30 minutes.

Remove from the heat and let cool for a couple of minutes.  Next,  strain the sauce through a fine strainer to get rid of the large particles. Pour the hot sauce into a bottle or a container.

Be always very careful during the process; remember not to touch your eyes! Use kitchen gloves if needed.

Now that you have your own super spicy sauce, you can spread on anything you want, from Nachos to Hot soups, just be creative and tell me if you liked this sauce. It will last from 3-6 months if you keep it on the refrigerator.
